How can gender balance at work actually be achieved? This seminar covers the real case at Baxter International Asia Pacific, which successfully raised the percentage of women in management from 31% to 50% in three years.

GLOBIS welcomes Gerald Lema, former president of Baxter International Asia Pacific, overseeing over 14,000 employees across the region including Japan. Mr. Lema speaks on his first-hand experience of successfully implementing the company's gender balance initiative, and what happened afterwards.

This initiative at Baxter Asia Pacific, called "Building Talent Edge," was published as a case by Harvard Business School, in which Mr. Lema was a protagonist figure.

Following his presentation, Mr. Lema joins in a dialogue with Suzanne Price, faculty at GLOBIS University and President, Price Global, a change agent specialising in Diversity and Inclusion.
