Founder and CEO,
kaigai.world

GLOBIS Faculty
Mr. O'Callaghan was born in the UK, spent time teaching in France and Russia, and came to Japan in 1997. He joined Oxford University Press in Tokyo in 2004 as a consultative salesman and worked his way up to managing the Osaka sales office, then marketing manager.

While studying for his MBA at GLOBIS, he learned to apply rigid frameworks to his planning and thinking, which raised his game as a marketer and manager. In 2014, he became head of marketing and operations for UK trade and investment across all sectors. Since October 2015, he has been teaching Essentials of Marketing at Strategy at GLOBIS. In early 2016, he moved to Hyogo Prefecture in western Japan and started his own market entry consultancy to help Japanese SMEs market and sell overseas.
