Julie Straw is Vice President of Assessment Solutions at Wiley, which specializes in publishing research-based self-assessments designed to help people improve performance, increase job satisfaction, and value differences. For over 20 years, Julie focused her efforts at Wiley on building, training and maintaining a thriving network of partners in the United States and Canada. Currently, Julie spends her time speaking and supporting Partner events to promote their offerings in leadership, management, and employee engagement. She brings over 35 years of experience in training, product development, business development and management. Prior to joining Wiley in 1993, Julie worked as a marketing education manager and senior instructional designer at NCR Comten, a hardware and software firm. She also spent several years developing a sales channel for a start-up computer company. Julie is a frequent speaker at global conferences and seminars. She is co-author of The Work of Leaders: How Vision, Alignment, and Execution Will Change the Way You Lead, published in 2013. She is also author of The 4-Dimensional Manager, published by Berrett-Koehler. Julie holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Management, and bachelor’s degrees in Education.
