Kristine Janice (Jab) A. Bandayrel of the Philippines shares her message for the 2017 graduating Full-Time MBA class of GLOBIS University on August 27, 2017.
In her speech, she encouraged her classmates to pursue their dreams, "Let's make fireworks in our own spheres of influence, one step at a time, one day at a time."

Jab is a GLOBIS Graduate, from the Full-time MBA 2016 batch. Jab hails from Manila, Philippines where she started her career in Talent Management, first doing recruitment of candidates for various support and agent-level call-center job roles in the business-process outsourcing sector as part of eTelecare Global Solutions.
Prior to coming to Japan for her MBA studies, she was part of the Global Talent team of BakerMcKenzie Global Services Manila Inc., where she engineered process improvements in the areas of case, policy and exit/separation of management, as well as developed GSM’s Integrated Employee Engagement Program (GIEEP), which included managing and hosting first ever BM Global Diversity Summit in Manila. Jab also served as Process lead for Recruit where she pioneered in-sourcing of recruitment support initiatives from the company’s affiliated firms in North America on lateral partner hiring and applicant database management.
Apart from MBA, Jab holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the UP School of Labor & Industrial Relations. She earned her Magna cum laude of BA in Psychology from the University of the Philippines- Diliman.
