Event Outline
It is often said that hardships bring true leaders to the fore. Never does this statement ring truer than in business – legendary leaders in the ilk of Steve Jobs and Carlos Ghosn are made not by maintaining the status quo, but by turning looming failure into resounding success.

So what does it take to turn around a slumping company or business venture? While a strong business knowledge and understanding are no doubt important, managing a successful turnaround requires a certain skill set and mindset that very few business leaders are able to master.

GLOBIS Talks is privileged to welcome one such leader, Mr. Nobumasa Ishiai, to share his wealth of insights on leadership for successful change through an open discussion with Dr. Mark Lee Ford on Wednesday, April 16.

Once mentored by Jack Welch and Jeff Immelt, Mr. Ishiai has forged a distinguished and global career, and proven himself a master of turnarounds and restructuring. With many practical insights that can be applied to day-to-day management, this event promises to be a valuable opportunity for anyone wanting to lead effective change in their business.
