John Flanagan

GLOBIS Faculty; President, Blackhawk Network Japan

John Flanagan is a marketing and sales professional with over 20 years' experience in Japan. Career highlights include launching J:COM, running marketing operations at 20th Century Fox, the iTunes division of Apple, Dyson and the fashion category for Amazon. Currently he is President of the Japan subsidiary of Blackhawk Network, a leading global gift card and prepaid product solutions, distribution and marketing company. He graduated Colorado College with a BA in Political Economy, which included one year's study at Waseda University in Tokyo. Mr. Flanagan later attended INSEAD, graduating from the business school's International Executive Program.
At GLOBIS, Mr. Flanagan teaches Marketing, Business Presentation, and Internet Business Strategy.
