The seminar, to be held Oct. 9 and 10 in disaster-hit Sendai, will take place on the sidelines of the annual general meetings of the World Bank and its sister organization, the International Monetary Fund, from Oct. 9 to 14 in Tokyo, the ministry said Tuesday.
